My last theme certainly served its purpose having lasted over 4 years, but I’m now beyond tired of looking at it and it was time for a change. So, I started a redesign a few weeks ago and tonight marks the completion of that process. As you can tell, the new design ties in branding for my various online projects – ESM Exec Designs, Geek Estate, myKRO.org, and Oh Hey World. Thank you to Brandon Matson at BizGarden.net for all the hard work he put into the design and development of this site. Particularly in a time where everyone is producing some sort of online content on a daily basis, I firmly believe that great writing is the best way to stand out from the online pack and advance your career. Anyone can write crap, and there is certainly a LOT of crap on the internet, but great writers are extremely RARE. I happen to know a few of them very well – Diane Tuman, Kris Berg, and Sloane Berrent being at the top of the list. Want to be as good as they are?
Bottom line — building a profitable blog is doable. It requires a lot of time and work. And it requires execution, which is where most fail. But I’m sure Corbett and his team can succeed — particularly since they know how to build community (and have a large one already built at Think Traffic).

Now, go follow along and earn some money.
