Yelp launches an app for local businesses…smart move. It’s focused on 3 things:

  1. Manage business presence from a phone
  2. Respond to customer questions
  3. Respond to customer reviews

Looks like Path Talk (focused on responding to customer questions) will be on a slow demise. They are missing the most important aspect: scale.
