My Blog is Undergoing a Facelift

This blog design by Cory Miller has served me well for the past 4 years, but it’s time for a total facelift. Site redesign in process…forgive the errors over the next couple hours. And leave a comment here with whatever bugs you find if you wish.

Automatic Location Suggestions & Tagging — a Genius Strategic Move by Facebook

We all know Facebook is the largest photo site on the internet. Why? Because they figured out how to tag photos with the people in those photos. The other, and next, holy grail of photos is tagging every photo with the location it was taken with. Why? Zillow Mortgage Data Live on AOL Real Estate

zillowicon

Having championing distribution of Zillow Mortgage Marketplace heavily while I was working there, THIS NEWS that mortgage rates on AOL real estate are now powered by Zillow makes me very happy. Congrats to the team for getting this deal done. I know Nate Moch is one happy camper right now. Safe to say, I still bleed green and blue — and speaking of that, I think need a REALLY sweet ass Z t shirt, or a “Z” patch for my backpack *hint hint*.
