Really? When will these spammers learn this doesn’t work? Who in their right mind would hire an SEO person who doesn’t even list their website? And based on this pitch, I’m betting I know more about SEO than this person.

  • its a numbers game. enough people do say yes. Its like telemarketers.

I’ll bet you know more about SEO too.

  • Haha. Maybe I should start spamming people and making some money too — if people pay this guy for SEO services, I’m sure they’d pay me more.

You’re not making a very good case for yourself, Drew. Why would I pay you when I can just buy Auto Traffic Machine LIFETIME Traffic for $2.00 on eBay? They say I can get 10,000,000 hits with that program; I doubt you could give me the same thing. 🙂

Seriously though, with products out there like Blog Link Generator selling for $9.95, and with so many people who just don’t know any better, it’s no wonder we have these spam issues. It remains an enigma to me how people still buy crap off of email spam and get sucked in by Nigerian scammers, but like Darin said, it must work or else they’d quit.

Like all spam, the problem sucks and there’s no easy solution.

  • Spammers suck. End of story. I really honestly don’t know how they live with themselves knowing they are making money off other people’s stupidity. Seems like a pretty shitty way to go through life.

  • Dude, this same guy emailed me again today. How sad.
