SPAM is Declining — I’m Not Convinced

Wired is reporting that Google says that SPAM e-mail is decreasing. I don’t know about you, but it seems like spam e-mail is increasing, not decreasing. A day seldom goes by when I receive less than 20 spam messages.

SPAM going down? I see more email about why I should choose the next best lead generator at lest 3 times a day, maybe everything except real estate SPAM.

Spam Declining, I think not. I have 6 email addresses and between them I get over 200 spam emails a day, from payday loans to enlargement ads. It’s crazy and that’s just the email never mind the tons of spam I receive in my comments on my blog. I read somewhere a long time ago that you might have to pay to email, I am starting to think that is a good idea. Maybe if they have to pay we would not see so many.

As someone who received 4,000 spam returned mails a day for the past week, it definitely isn’t for me!!
