Social Media Videos
I watched two interesting videos on the WebProNews Video Blog today dealing with social media:
- The 1st video was titled “Pioneering the Participatory Web” that includes insights from NetConcepts President and Founder, Stephan Spencer, and TopRank’s Lee Odden.
- The 2nd was “Capitalize on Social Media,” which talks with Marketing Pilgrim’s Andy Beal & Converseon CEO, Robert Key.
One main take away is nothing too revolutionary (but many still don’t get it): be transparent about EVERYTHING when participating in the blogosphere.
Update: I’m now listening to Podtech’s Marketing Voices’ latest podcast with Regis McKenna on the Power of Social Media.
I write about real estate and I have a lot of pictures of New York City on my blog. But isn’t everything crashing? If you want to see my blogs, they are real crash and real estate crash. Of course, a lot of historical stores and sites are being destroyed in NYC today, too.
