NBC to Stream TV Shows on the Internet

By Drew Meyers | September 13, 2006

The fact that NBC is going to start streaming prime time television shows online is GREAT news! I loved the fact that ESPN streamed the World Cup games on their site. The television industry is in trouble as the costs of bandwidth and broadband continually decrease. In my opinion, the industry has to evolve and embrace the internet to be successful…and this is a great step in the right direction for NBC.  ALL television will be streamed online at some point, so congrats on leading the charge!
